Legal Protection

This is a complementary cover provided with all our insurance policies. It protects you in the event any out of pocket expenses incurred by you following an accident which is not your fault.

Cover includes:

i. Full claims management from start to finish
ii. Uninsured loss recovery in the event of a non-fault claim
iii. Legal Cover up to £50,000
iv. Car Hire can be provided for up to 7 days if the event of your vehicle being immobile following an accident or loss or upon a mechanical breakdown where you have used the HIC Rescue service.
v. Motor Prosecution Defence covers the costs in respect of the defence of a criminal conviction where you are facing suspension, disqualification of your driving licence, or, where there are reasonable prospects of security a not-guilty verdict whilst using the insured vehicle.
